Partnering with onsite/Off shore Managers to identify and convert prospects into customers.Assessment of marketing opportunities and target markets Intelligence gathering on present Austrralian Market, Generating leads for possible sales ,Follow-up sales activity ,Formal proposal or presentation on Smarttech Solutions offerings.

Cold calling for introduction, Service portfolio, administering the assigned territories services and achieving revenue targets set by the organization. Understanding and coordinating client’s needs / enhancements, customization of product accordingly and consult with technical team to provide solutions as per the delivery schedules

Developing Leads by actively participating in mailer Campaigns. Interfacing & working closely with front-end sales team for new account acquisition support and back-end support team

Set up telephonic / in-person meeting with prospects,Regular follow up with the prospects Prospecting and sales closure over phone, Qualify the database ,Research and building up prospects lead database ,Report Generation, Maintaining Reports

Present the company to potential clients through direct communication in telephone/web conference and emails. Set an appointment with decision-makers and Key Technical team members of on site team of Smarttech Solutions on specific KEY objectives. Co-ordinate with internal teams (IT/ Operations/ Sales / Accounts etc) to gather inputs for RFP response.
